Empower Wills and Estate Lawyers is the only dedicated team of Wills and Estate Lawyers in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Our client list is fast growing, and we are looking for new like-minded lawyers to join our team.

Who We’re Looking For

We are selective because our clients require the best. The qualifications we look for in our new team members include:

Have completed or currently completing a Masters of Applied Laws (Wills & Estates) through the College of Law.
Reside in the Sydney metro area.
Bring proven experience in wills and estates (other practice areas are not relevant).
Have the confidence and skill to convert new enquiries into engagements.
Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and a commitment to client satisfaction at every step
Hold a current NSW practising certificate.

What You’ll Work On

Your practice will be focused entirely on wills and estates. No distractions, no generalist work, just the matters that count such as:

Estate Planning

From simple wills to complex asset protection strategies and restructuring.

Estate Litigation

Including commencing and defending family provision claims, contested grants, and judicial advice applications.

Estate administration

Applying for grants, both simple and complex, and advising executors, administrators, and beneficiaries on their rights and obligations.

You’ll manage your matters end-to-end with autonomy, but always with the backing of an experienced and supportive team.
